Laying VDF Floor

Curing Period
After the VDF floor is laid, it undergoes a curing period of 28 days. It can be reduced to 7 days with Rezovate Fast Cure. This allows the concrete to harden properly, enhancing its strength and longevity.
Removing the top layer
Top layer is removed with mechanical grinding. Levelling the floor and opening pores for better absorption of Odus densifiers.
Densification by Odus
Once cured, the floor is treated with Odus chemical treatment that improves its durability and resistance to abrasion and dust. This step ensures the floor is optimized for industrial use.
Polishing and Finishing
Finishing and Polishing is done with diamond abrasives to get a smooth, easy to clean and dustless floor. The final outcome is a robust, abrasion-resistant floor designed to withstand the tough conditions of industrial settings, such as heavy machinery and high traffic.
