Why Odus Treatment is better than Concrete Polishing?
Odus Floors dont show common problems in polished concrete floors. Within 6-9 months of application, concrete polished floors start showing fine cracks (crazing), white patches and dullness. Whereas Odus Floors last at least 5X longer.
How Odus Flooring Works
No breakage of Present Floor needed
Odus Flooring doesn't require the breakage or demolition of floors. Even 30 year old floors can be treated without any breakage
Pre-Densification of Concrete Floors
Before grinding, pre-densification is done with Odus Hardener to prevent crazing and white patches
Removing the top layer
Top layer is removed with mechanical grinding. Levelling the floor and opening pores for better absorption of Odus densifiers.
Densification by Odus
Odus chemicals are used to densify the floor with concrete regeneration technology
Polishing and FInishing
Finishing and Polishing is done with diamond abrasives to get a Smooth, Easy to clean and Dustless finish
